Executive Committee - Governor's Workforce Development Board (GWDB)

The Executive Committee consists of the Chair, Vice Chair, and other Board members appointed by the Chair, with a majority of members representing employers. The Executive Committee also includes the Secretary of Labor, the Secretary of Commerce, the Secretary of Higher Education, and the State Superintendent of Schools. The Executive Committee serves as the steering body for the Board, and may make or review recommendations on all items requiring actions by the Board. The by-laws specify additional required and optional duties of the Executive Committee.
